Samantha goes to the ancient church in the blight when she gets out of work to heal the inflicted/injured of the homeless realm each/nearly every day. It's while here that she's met and gotten to know Leo and learn he owns a clinic along the riverfront.
During the building of this relationship she's agreed to, whenever available and in the area.. to offer her healing magic at his clinic. In exchange, or as friendship dictates Leo has made available a need for Samantha to be solved.
